Practicing yoga, of course.<\/h1>\n<p>Take time for yourself and with light stretching exercises and breathing techniques, supply your body with oxygen, revitalize it and go rested into your daily routine.<br \/>\nIn a perfect sea environment, pleasant company and with professional accompaniment, join the free outdoor yoga trainings, in cooperation with Flow2Glow yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Free yoga classes are designed and tailored for everyone, regardless of age or physical fitness, and all you need to participate is a mat and comfortable clothing.<\/p>\n<p>The program consists of effective relaxation, physical exercises (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama), which allow each exerciser to further increase their own physical energy, greater flexibility and endurance, as well as regeneration on a physical and mental level.<\/p>\n<p>Yoga trainings, in Croatian and English, are held by a licensed yoga teacher Tatjana Hulak.<\/p>\n<p>Venue: Ba\u0161ka, Vela pla\u017ea (in front of Hotel Zvonimir)<\/p>\n<p>Schedule: every Tuesday and Thursday, 08.00 &#8211; 09.00<\/p>\n<p>Join us for the first training on June 22, 2021!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is mandatory to use your own mat and adhere to current epidemiological measures of the CNIPH.<br \/>\nFree participation &#8211; the program is sponsored by the Tourist Board of Ba\u0161ka and the Tourist Board of Omi\u0161alj.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Free summer yoga in Ba\u0161ka June 17 &#8211; September 22, 2021 The best way to start a sunny summer day?
